Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the receptionist about our concerns and she was very nice to us, going out of her way to give us a room on the first floor with wi-fi that worked perfectly.

Everything. The rooms are huge the bed huge and comfortable the shower huge, good aircon with ventilation, nice big tv with hdmi in for once!. Downstairs two pool tables, ping pong and a gym, bar and restaurant. Close to two tram stops however far from city center.
To get from airport was easy get train to city Centre get off first stop called

There was a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was comfortable and clean and it was quiet. There was ample room in the lounge area for hanging out and meeting people and the restaurant appeared to be well attended and a place to socialise. It was also just next to the subway and tram stops which was nice when arriving late at night.

Esta un poco lejos del centro pero el metro está a 5' andando, pasa con bastante frecuencia y tardas 10' en llegar a la estación central. Hay parking gratuito. El buffet está bastante bien. - las habitaciónes son amplias. No hay ruido. Desayuno copioso.

plentiful supply and we got thoroughly spoiled even though we had just

Hotel afastado do centro mas com excelentes acessibilidades (metro à porta, em 13 minutos chegamos à estação Central e com a estação do intercidades em frente, em 14 minutos chegámos ao aeroporto). Sentimos muita segurança nas imediações e o hotel fica localizado numa zona nova (perto do estádio Arena) e com um restaurante simpático ao lado. Bom pequeno-almoço. Voltaremos a ficar neste hotel numa próxima visita a Amesterdão. Aconselhamos!
