We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also. The breakfast offered a good choice and it all seemed fresh enough,

The hotel was very close to the transit line and you could be in the
city very quickly, as well you could just as easily make a day trip to
places such as Rotterdam or Haarlem. The restaurant served first class
food and drinks. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and were more than
happy to help with anything. They had good quality bikes you could rent

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. We stayed only one night before an onward journey. It was incredibly easy to find and right next door to the train Station which is only one stop from the city centre. It was very clean and we stayed in a room with two bunk beds and two twin beds which was very well thought out with the furniture and lighting and excellent for our 3 children. We had a great night's sleep, there was no noise whatsoever. The breakfast cost around 5 euro and was an eat all you can buffet style which was brilliant

Our room was well equipped, and had access to a shared balcony. The rates are very reasonable by A'dam standards. -
I loved the location, private bathroom and room size. It was walking distance to the museums, public transportation to the airport and other areas was around the corner from the hotel. The rooms were clean, bathrooms as well, cable television and heating.
