Service on the phone and help from the management company.
Appartment was nice and tidy and exactly as we expected. The garden/terrace was very nice though it could use some cleaning but it was definitely an added value.
Everything needed was available in the appartment.
I will definitely return.

well equipped appartment, 10 mins walk from Amsterdam centre.
Nice location - far from the tourist crowd; it's a quiet street and
nice neighbourhood, yet a short walk to major attractions and canal bus
stop. Lots of nice cafes in the area and a big market right next to the
apt. The apartment is well stocked - you'll find kitchen utensils,
clean towels, etc. Since it's a garage converted into an apartment,
it's on the ground floor which is a major asset for older people who
can't climb steep stairs, which is a common occurrence in Amsterdam.

Solid built, good oven, good heating, clean sheets.
Not clear on what to do on arrival, then again, I forgot the confirmation so it might have been on there.
Curtains which close all the way instead of stopping mid-window and waking you up at first light.
parking is an issue, consider P+R.
Lack of privacy. These are two ajoining apartments separated by a thin
door, and you hear everything that's going on behind that door. The
owner didn't warn about the patio renovation, and we couldn't
use it. Construction workers would come early in the morning and made
quite a bit of noise.
Full of dust, hasn´t been cleaned in ages....!!!.
