The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The pool and pool area was lovely in the sun, as was breakfast on my balcony and downstairs where a wonderful buffet breakfast was served. -

Breakfast was the same everyday but there was enough to choose from.
The design of the hotel was well thought out and stylish enough without being pretentious or intimidating

A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff)
The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage)
Staying there is like having a fascinating dream you don't want to end.

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Nice house in two floors. Good equipement, nice little pool, but too cold in the late november, not warmed up. But a nice weather.
