Only 4 minutes walking to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in a very safe alley. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it.
This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

The location is convenient and is relatively close to the square. Great, warm and welcoming staff. Very helpful and kind people: Adele and Haffid are great hosts. Indoor pool located in one of the courtyards, a great spot to cool off as the summer heat can be oppressive. -

If you are planning a trip to Marrakech, you definitely have to book this Riad. Every time you enter the Riad it feels like coming home. The staff is friendly and helps you with everything. Very friendly staff, always ready to help if you need anything. Perfect location to stay if you want to be in the medina. We could park the car 2 minutes walks from the riad for aprox. 20 dhrs per day. Very nice and spacious rooms with air conditioning (48° in August). We enjoyed relaxing in the patio or Terrasse on the roof in the evening and the breakfasts and chat with our host. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time, we definitively recommend Dar Soukaina and we look forward to go back.

The accomodation of the riad was good. Staff was friendly and helpfull without being pushy. The riad was a place of rest and quieteness in a hectic Medina.
