I can't fault Sirayane Boutique Hotel and spa at all! Our stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and courteous without being pushy, even the owner regularly walked around the hotel meeting and chatting to guests (something I've never seen in London!).
The food offers something for everyone & though I've heard complaints about the price it is no more than we would pay over here (and taking into account the hotel is basically an oasis in the middle of a barren land I'm sure the overheads

Hassan and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were met at the airport for €15 surcharge. When we got to the Riad, we were made welcome and offered local Moroccan tea. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and we enjoyed this. On our checkout he kindly allowed us to leave our bags for quite a long time. Our stay at Riad Berbere was wonderful , we were 6 friends ladies, all + 50 . , occupied 3 rooms ( the ground floor room, room with the balcony and the terrace room) .
The first few days it was a bit tricky to find our way from and to the riad , in the maze medina, but then we learned.
It is a very tipical beautiful Marrakech riad , wonderfully renewed, by Quentin Wilbaux , the well known Belgian architect , who also owns the Riad Berbere.

Stayed in a 15th century tiled room with stained glass windows and painted ceiling. This riad is central in Marrakesh but our room was silent at night.
