We particularly liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to a shopping mail, and not far from the souk.
The room was excellent and comfortable.
I just want to add the staff were exceptionally, we were very much welcomed and felt like royalty. It really does help if you either speak French or Arabic.
Planning to stay here again next year.

The hotel was amazing, everything was great, rooms were big and had two TVs with English firms and new 24hrs a day. Staff were always ready with a smile to help. The swimming pool is large and the bar was reasonable for food and drinks. We will be returning next year

Located in Guilez a 10 minute bus ride for 40pence up to the old town, take the number 1 bus to Jma el Fna.
Hotel friendly and as decribed. Pool area full but no nonsense over sun beds, the pool attendant made sure everyone got a place in the sun.
Close to all local amenities, check out the railway station, really great building.

Everything about the hotel itself.....very central for visiting Marrakesh. Airport bus no 19 stops very close to hotel (very cheap compared to taxi). Have stayed here on three occasions. Buffet breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Good swimming pool.

Very good location, 2 minutes walk to Jeema el fna. The staff are very kind. In particular, Salma is very nice and gives useful advice about how to see and where you eat. The room are very clean and we didn't use any air conditionair because are very fresh. The other employees are so much kind and do a very good tea and breakfast. Go there!

The riad was centrally located only 5 moinuted from the main square. aLthough difficult to find in the beginning the owners were really helpful in coming to find us and show us the way! The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. We are a couple that just spent a few days in Marrakech and Essaouira, in Marrakech we stayed in riad Dar Coram and we had an amazing time. We travel quite a bit and we normally stay at litle hotels or b&b but I have to say this is the best I've ever been.
