Plunge pool was lovely. Room and riad generally were nicely decorated and well-equipped. We ate here two evenings and those were amongst the nicest meals we had in our time in Marrakech - really delicious.

We booked the young man at the riad to take us on a tour of the Souk. He did the classic tour-guide thing of taking us into a number of shops where he clearly had a connection, and where we would be given the hard-sell to buy. He was nice enough but as a tour it wasn't great - I'd suggest using another tour guide rather than going through the riad.

Big room with nice interior.

I didn't like the fact that the we were cursed at after coming home at 3 am on a saturday. The owner spoke to us in French, so im not quite sure what he said, but I think that he wished we would have told him that we were gonna come home late.

Un beau Riad bien placé pour se déplacer aussi bien à pied qu'en taxi. Personnel serviable et aimable. Atmosphère calme. Un bon endroit pour se détendre. Cuisine goûteuse disponible toute la journée.

Food was amazing and rooms very authentic and well kitted out. Staff was always eager to help even though there was a bit of a language barrier. Very private but staff always available if you needed them.

Location can be a bit off-putting to some but the 10 min walk to the main square was always fun and full of adventure.

Lovely welcome with rose petals. Mohammed was always on hand to help in any way possible with a big smile. For a riadh in the old city, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful.

The unreliable connection of the card machine was a nuisance - eventually requiring a 3km fast walk to the nearest bank.

We did get to stay in a riad in the old section of Marrakech.

Dusty. Towels stiff and not very clean. No bathrobe/slippers .....and a $200/night room. Amenities meager. Owner/hostess nice one moment and short the next. Other riads picked up or made arrangements for arrival. Ours just said the taxi driver was stupid for not getting us closer.
