  Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers. Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. - A 5star hotel in every respect. Staff are exceptional.   Location was good in relation to the metro system and nearby market. Very good hotel with lots of facilities and the room was lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay and the fact they gave us rooms on the same floor. - Very good clean hotel everything in it + the location nice staff very helpful

  All the staff was so nice and friendly.The location was very quite and the room Mallet Stevens was wonderful. The roof garden was amazing!
