Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

  Almost everything :) Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food. One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Thank you muazam! Then the concierge kamal was very kind during the drive around Putrajaya. At night when we returned we found cookies :) Room cleanup... lo que la gente dice » was early n well done. Staff at cashier very accommodating and efficient. Thank you for giving me a 5 star treatment really! - The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.
