Very nice entry area. Friendly staff. i like the location of the hotel and also like the water front because the hotel is close to the water front and club. Comfortable common area. Near to main bazar. place restaurant around beside a main road. I have confirmed booking a room for 3 guests. letsbookhotel.com website required no deposit and payment would be made when we check in. When we reached Pinnacles Lodge, the staff said they did not received any booking under my name. They insisted i should have paid deposit. In the end, they provided us a room for 2 guests and an extra bed since all other rooms were already full. the arrangement between letsbookhotel.com and pinnacles must be improved immediately.
