recently..There's nothing we dont like about this hotel, our stay
was worth it..I Wish we could stay a bit longer at Horizon..The view
is breathtaking, the staff is very helpfull, we get our room (with sea
view) as per requested in the booking and they even upgrade our room
to deluxe king as i've mention in my booking that we were
travelling with our baby and it's foc..i will surely stay at this

I liked the spacious rooms with pleasant views of the green forest and the friendly and helpful staff. The General Manager was approachable and she was very friendly. Staff here were excellent in particular the concierge service (special mention to Sylver and Philip for going out of their way to be helpful and friendly). The Le Meridien is a nice, well presented hotel, the rooms are clean / nice and the pool area is fun and very well maintained.

Everything was fantastic.
For such a large hotel the staff were extremely friendly.
The service was excellent..
We loved the hotel location and the location of the gym looking over the sea would have to be the best location for a gym we have been in.
We also really enjoyed the sundowner with the staff on the Wednesday evening.
The f old at the restaurant was of a high standard and the service we could not fault.
Thankyou for a superb stay!

Nice hotel with clean & comfortable room. On a separate note, I had

to her to complaint that my air cond room was not working when I came

room with great hospitality. The next day once I am back from work a
lady man - Love the furniture and atmoshphere of the room. Warmth, luxury, and all promised on the images seen was there. Reliable and consistent services just like other Novotel Hotels Chains brand we expected. Special mentioned to staff here Mr. Rasdy, he was helpful and well-spoken - at least he tought us to speak Borneo language! Trima Casheh

Convenient location. It's in the city area, and easy to go anywhere in the city by foot.
There's a big seafood restaurant in Asia City, a shopping mall, within 5 minutes' walk across the street.

This is a very nice business-grade hotel in KK, where it's so hard to find a clean and quiet at affordable price! Highly recommend this place. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything as expected, staff were friendly and the breakfast bar was just amazing! I wish I could eat three breakfasts, just to try everything there!

You should stay here if you have a group like me. They allow me to add person without charge because I pay for 1 apartment with 3 rooms
They also provide kitchen facilities and fix all problems in the rooms
There is travel agent at reception so it's convenient to ask information and places to go but I propose to do all by yourself after having information if you want to save money
You should ask for a driver and ask him to take you to city centre and enjoy seafood, so delicious and vẻy cheap
