  Its a nice place where to stay when u want to visit Jurmala. E.g we only went to Jurmala To visit Livu akvapark, and its walking distance from La Perla. Its well equiped apartment. Owners are living the other side of hause but they dont interupt u at all. If u need somekind of help u just ring the doorbell and they help u.

  The stay was perfect. Nature sounds are ones we need going away from city. It was amasing to see the stock drinking from the pond you swim in, see the sun fall, feel half like at home. Vikinta, Šiauliai, Lietuva - Beautiful landscape. Daniel, the host, is really nice and friendly.

  Stayed the late September. Gorgeous place! Felt so welcome before we even got there! By emails, messages & all the details what needed to know!! Owners explained all (in perfect English) and there were info board as well, also Rudite who gave us the key showed us all & explained (the owners explained all in the mail cos said that she did... lo que la gente dice » n’t speak much English, but we managed just well! :) ) Rudite was so lovely as well as the owners, she came to look for us to the corner of the house - I loved my stay at this place. This is just a flat being rented as a hotel room but it is really great. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, and easy to find. 10 minutes walk from the train and bus station and even shorter walking distance to take the bus to the airport. There are several options of restaurants, bars, stores close by. The flat is absolutely great, new, modern, very clean and has everything you need, from kitchen to laundry.
