The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were
spotless, with crisp, white bedding and the bathrooms were pristine. We
chose the "breakfast included" option and were glad for it.
The restaurant has a lovely, varied buffet and good brewed coffee
(...with real cream! Try finding that, even in a coffee shop in Korea!)

The receptionist were very courteous, helpful and kind though thay are not really fluent in english. They also help to contact and confirm our transportation to phoenix park pyongchang. They give their best by inform us where the best place to visit , how to go to the place. seem like they are information centre to us. I love the hot chocolate that provided by the hotel. The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs.
The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. Best this about the room was the washing machine,

Friendly English speaking staff. Reasonable pricing for a big and comfortable family room that could even accommodate more than 4 adults. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to subway, 10-15 minutes walk to Dondaemun shopping area,,15-20 minutes walk to Namdaemun and Myeongdong shopping area. Surrounded with restaurants and convenient stores. It's only 5 mins walk to the bus station for the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport which cost only 10,000 wons per person. and just outside the hotel, it's the subway train station. Aside
from that, it's very near to the airport bus express bus stop. Also,
the hotel offers free shuttle bus to Seoul Station, Dongdaemum, Namsan
Cable car station. It's quite cheap compare to other hotels. Free
wifi throughout the hotel.

The location in Myeongdong is excellent! Very close to shopping, restaurants, subway line 2, and an airport limousine bus stop. Liked the guest room security - must have a room keycard to access a guestroom floor. Also liked the rest area in B2 floor (2 free PCs, lots of tables & chairs, comfortable sofas, free coffee, and restrooms).
