very friendly and helpful and it was very relaxed. I don't remember
there being very many brochures at reception but there were enough.
Khaosan hotels have a really good bar between them. Great for solo
travellers!

The staff are really nice and understanding to my needs. I returned back late for check out and they listened to my explanations on missing the last shinkansen the night before and didn't charge me for late check out. Really appreciate their kindness. Beautiful interior design. Efficient and welcoming staff. Very comfortable room, good views, superb bed and large shower/bath area. Excellent location next to Shinagawa Station which is very convenient to sightsseing areas as well as for the shinkansen and the Narita Express. This is a top Hotel.

Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. VERY Large rooms by Tokyo standards.
Excellent attentive staff who after one night away from the hotel, put our bags in the room and remembered every special request which we previously had asked for and were all ready in our new room when we got back!
Location: quiet enough but with enough going on nearby to keep you occupied.
