The hotel is very nice. The staff were kind and helpful, but I'm not
the kind of costumer that have a lot of requests. I chose the two single
bed room and the space was great! The beds were big, there was a
wardrobe and even a couch and a table. If you want space this room
won't disappoint you, and it have a nice design too! Very pleasant!

Staff were polite and friendly even though they spoke limited English. Room was clean (I had a non-smoking room that was quite large). Location great - short walk to Ginza, short walk to Tokyo station, short walk to the metro. Good restaurants nearby, small supermarket next door. I had wifi in the room, and there was a computer for hotel guest use in the foyer. My rate did not include breakfast so I can't comment on that. This hotel was recommended to me and I would definitely pass on that reco

The hotel location is perfect, very near to Kamata Station. The bus station from Haneda Airport is just in front of the Kamata Station. Bus to Tokyo Disneyland is also very very near, about 5 minutes walk from hotel.
Don't worry about food. Restaurants are every where, with affordable value too. We didn't try hotel's food, though.
Family Mart is just a block away, next to Kamata East Exit.
There are more stuffs to see on the West Exit of Kamata Station. We bought our souvenirs in Sunrise walk.

Although rooms a little bit small, but very clean and comfortable with wifi. Central location, only 5 min walk from Metro station, and easy to reach Senso-ji, Tokyo sky tree, there were also a lot of lovely small restaurants and 7-11 absolutely convenient. Staff speaks English and very friendly, by the way, hotel offers warm and tasty breakfast. -

staff were very nice although English was not very good but commuication wise was ok. Hotel also offer Japanise style breakfast, simple but nice.
Room and bathroom was small like almost all this kind of hotels in Japan, but clean.

Awesome in general. The staff were consistently thoughtful and happy, and jumped through hoops for us whenever we had even the smallest questions. They are more than kind, and the services offered are definitely appropriate to the price. Of course, the location is also brilliant, right on the Yamanote train line (Gotanda Station), and has a grocery store and many restaurants nearby.
