JAL City was in a great location, just 5 minutes from Tamachi station on the Yamaote line - very convenient to all major destinations. The hotel is very well run, predictable and clean. The staff spoke good English and very eager to help us with any question. All in all, an excellent value for our Tokyo vacation. -

Very clean hotel, situated in a very busy and lively part of Tokyo. The hotel is quite close to the JR train station and the subway station (5-10 min walk) and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. This was a brilliant place: it's genuinely no frills, without being
sparse, rude and uncomfortable. This is a new building, with OK-sized
rooms, which were clean and comfortable. While there next-to-none
facilities outside the rooms, this was fine and made sense. Its
excellent location (5 mins' walk to jr Hamamatsucho, 20 mins walk
from Ginza and Tsukiji fish market, 30 mins on foot and by Monorail to
hnd for instance) meant one could get around very easily.

The hotel is very nice. The staff were kind and helpful, but I'm not
the kind of costumer that have a lot of requests. I chose the two single
bed room and the space was great! The beds were big, there was a
wardrobe and even a couch and a table. If you want space this room
won't disappoint you, and it have a nice design too! Very pleasant!

The room was cleaned every day, and the towels and amenities were

Staff were polite and friendly even though they spoke limited English. Room was clean (I had a non-smoking room that was quite large). Location great - short walk to Ginza, short walk to Tokyo station, short walk to the metro. Good restaurants nearby, small supermarket next door. I had wifi in the room, and there was a computer for hotel guest use in the foyer. My rate did not include breakfast so I can't comment on that. This hotel was recommended to me and I would definitely pass on that reco

Price is good. location is very convenient, and direct train from Narita airport to the hotel. There are 4 lines of subways/train near the hotel, and only spend 5 mins walk. There is simple breakfast provided, acceptable for this price level in Tokyo. -
