Everything is fine. Very convenient as it is pretty close to a subway station and has a convenience store at the ground floor, which is open around the clock. The room is nice and very big compare to other hotels (30 sqr m) with
sofa and work table in the room. There is wifi everywhere in the hotel
and also in room. Convenient store is just downstair. Location is good
and very near to subway station.

The hotel decoration is very nice and modern. The room is new and well-decor. There is an iphone charger provided too! Totally recommend this hotel.

perfect location across from jr otaru station, fantastic spa with pajamas provided, comfortable beds, restaurants and shopping nearby, famous canal area short walk down main street, top-notch staff willing to go the extra mile to help make your stay worry free, free ramen noodles on cold nights during winter, free fresh coffee and hot tea daily in the lobby, one of the best values in all of japan in our opinion

Clean nice hotel, good quality. breakfast was very good and it was in town right next to the bus terminal. Parking right next to hotel and it is near some good restaurants within walking distance. better drive if you are visiting as the attractions are quite far apart...best to visit in August but that will be peak season

We had a canal view room (the otaru canal is just across the road). I like the room very much, it's clean and spacious, toilet and bath room are separated. Besides, there is a massage chair in my room! what a wonderful thought, love it!! ^^ -

Very conveniently located outside the North Exit of Sapporo jr Station,
just 2 minutes walk in the open; especially good for us with luggage.
This Hotel is perfect for both long and short stay in Sapporo with small
eateries and convenient stores nearby. Check-in and out are smooth,
simple and quick. Staff is willing to help though with limited English.
Room and bath are spacious enough in Japanese standard. Excellent to
have massage chair in room for relaxation after a day's walk /
