Staff is friendly, there is a public bath but unfortunately we did not make use of it. Value for money. We booked two rooms, and the hotel was very nice to provide us with connecting rooms.

Cross is about 5 minutes away from JR Sapporo station. The location is very convenient and the staff is really helpful. Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. I really like everything about this hotel. Great service, really good location (a few minutes from the JR station). Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. There is a nice hot bath on the 18th floor where you can relax and enjoy great city views.
Room itself is clean, really comfortable bed. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes.
Really recommend this hotel.

Lovely little place to stay in. The owner of the hotel, Max and his wife were very welcoming and embrace you as part of their family. Dinner and breakfast was simple but nonetheless delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for accommodation in the niseko region!

Amazing place! Excellent closeup view of the lake at an affordable price with reasonablr comfort. Rooms spacious and extremely clean. It is a japanese ryokan, guest were mostly japanese. The facilty is a
bit old but they have free onsen pools indoor and out door 24 hours! It
was very near to attractions and they have a well stock pub with sake
and whiskies...friendly staff but few spoke english...but it was not a
problem as they were so friendly and helpful.
