The whole entire decor of the hotel made me feel as though I was in 1930/50s New York. Even the room had an old-world feel to it. The hotel was located close to the JR station, which also meant that, the hotel was located close to the shopping district. There was Wifi throughout the hotel! Even in our rooms. The toilet was so spacious! so much different from the other hotels in Japan!

group's check-out day. We had a group of 16 adults with 16 bags and

Right in the middle of everything - we called it "Crazy
Street" - bright flashing lights, very noisy but hotel has lovely
quiet rooms with friendly service. Heaps of food places of all price
ranges and good shopping especially at Namba Walks shopping area near
trains. Taking Exit b21 was very easy to find the hotel. Interesting
quiet areas nearby. Easy to catch trains everywhere including Kansai
International. Never seen so many young people as at Dotonbori area both

The hotel itself is out of this world. I was expecting something good, but my stay there far exceeded expectation! Great room, great bed and amenities; duck down quilts!!! Felt like 1000TC covers. Staff are pretty fluent in English.

Hotel with great location, just 2-3 minutes walk from Dotonbori
restaurants and nightlife and all the endless shopping arcades. The room
was very clean and everything felt new and inviting. Room size was
enough for our 2 suitcases and bags so we didnt have any complaints at
all. Breakfast was ok but we didnt feel like it was worth the money.

We reserved a standard double room for 2 nights and upon check-in we
were told our room has been upgraded to the superior room on the 27th
floor without any extra fee! Absolutely a very pleasant surprise. The
room was great with all the facilities, and it's very spacious
compared to Japan's standard. The lounge on the 27th floor was just
lovely. Location is also unbeatable: it's steps away from jr Osaka
station and subway Umeda station.

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Railway Station - Osaka Uhenomachi . The Bus to & from Kansai Airport is very convenient and cost efficient compared to a taxi.
Rooms are comfortable.
The staff - both at Reception & Housekeeping were the most professional & polite I have seen anywhere.

The hotel is a little difficult to find, but it is not far away from Osaka station. It takes a bout 7-8 minutes by foot from the station to Dojima Premio(if you know the way). The room looks modern and is comfortable; I especially like the big mirror behind the bed. There is a convenient store on the first floor and a nice bar in the basement. -

Almost everything. The room was spacious - a welcome change for the big cities - and had everything that we needed. Room is very big and loved the traditional Japanese room style. Location
is near Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori and there is a direct exit from the
subway to the hotel building. Staff were friendly and helpful and left
luggage is stored securely (they keep the luggage inside their office
and give you a claim number). Also, it was raining when we stayed there
and they lent us umbrellas which was another plus

This hotel took me by surprise. I just booked it for the location (close to Kyobashi station) so it would be easy to go to the airport the next day. But wow! What a hotel! It felt so luxurious! The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was very clean, the rooms were very spacious and the view from the room was amazing! I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Osaka.

The hotel was located in the heart of Osaka's shopping districts.
The staff was V. helpful in getting us around the city and to outlying
areas by bus, train and subway. The room, semi-double, was V.
comfortable and cleaned daily. When we needed extra lighting in the room
they obliged. The hotel does have Wi-Fi (other reviewers have said it
does not.)

The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a great stereo in the room with an ipod docking station. The internet was free and had the option of both wired and wireless. The hotel was in a fantastic location. There is a direct train from Namba station to Kansai Airport (Osaka's main airport), and takes about 50 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.
