A traditionally tatami experience, strategic location near Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Very friendly staffs, doing their best to assist. We seek help to send our baggages to our hotel in Tokyo when we leave for Takayama Autumn festival, they even gave us rebate due to more than one baggage sent. Very sincere and helpful!

The hotel is less than 5 mins walk from Tenmabashi station. The room is a little too small compared to other hotels that we have stayed in kyoto and kobe but it has all the facilities e.g. toilet with bathtub, toiletries, hair dryer, tv and fridge. There's also clean towels and yukatas provided. The hotel is close to osaka castle. -

Very nice hotel, good value for money. It seemed oriented to business travellers, but had everything I needed. Close to Awaza st (subway line), convenience stores everywhere and some restaurants around. Staff spoke good english and was attentive. Had a lot of services (laundry, printer, vending machines, hot springs, etc.)

Plus points 1) The hotel is directly opposite Tennoji Station which is one of the major stations in Osaka. 2) It is about 100 meters from the front door of the Hotel to the train platform for the train to the airport. You don't have to drag your luggages for long distances. 3) The room size is big for Japanese standards.4) The bathroom is superb very bright and filled with full bathroom amenities.5) The toilet seat is heated.6) The shower is great. It is easy to control the water temperature.

Very clean, comfortable, near to both subway and JR stations. Has restaurants and convenient stores near to the hotel.
Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Many good eateries and a good shopping spot. Once you exit the hotel, turn right. Walk straight until you see a pedestrian only street that intersect the street you are walking on. You won't miss it. -
Really frindly and helpful staff. The room was nice and big and a good bathroom with tub. The bed was comfortable and a desk with LAN access is provided.
Arrival from Minami-morimachi Subway Station is really convenient.
Tenmabashi station is a 20 min. walk away, from where you can get to Kyoto without a Shinkansen. Also you can reach Osaka Castle from here by another 15 minutes walking.

Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. -
Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!!

The hotel is located very centrally, just moments from the main train station. The design is really great and the best aspect to the hotel. Even our room, which wasn't overly expensive, felt like a boutique design that made us feel very much at home. The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay - highly recommended! -
