So handy to JR station, short walk under road crossing to hotel. Great proximity to Tokyu Foodshow supermarket for food and plenty of room around table and chairs in the room to sit and eat, great beds and love the Japanese rice pillows. Good access to bus to get to Togakushi for mountain walking, a great stay in Nagano. -

Being close to the station. The room was large and beautiful with lots of room to move around. I also liked the way the shower/bath section of the bathroom was separated from the make-up section and also from the toilet. Good breakfast. -
Great location right next to the Nagano train station and local shops and eateries are within 1 min walk.

The hotel was more spacious than other hotels for the price and well located in central Nagano. The rate included a very nice buffet breakfast on the top floor with a great view of the surrounding mountains. -

No english speaking staff. Free breakfast. Rooms are small but clean,
bathroom is good and clean too. It's a Ibis like hotel, it's not
pricey and the location pays off, it's 4 min walking from jr Nagano
Sta. It offers free breakfast, but japanese style. If you don't like
it you have to walk around a little bit, there's a Starbucks 6 or 7
min away tho. I would stay again, it's a nice hotel.
