  Everything! This is my first (and only) stay in "riokan", so I can not compare it with other "riokans", but I really enjoyed "riokan experience" in Annex Katsutaro. Very, very, very friendly and helpful staff!!! Very convenient, useful and cute map of surrounding area is provided for all guests. The Nippori station is on the main "circle" line which takes you to Tokyo, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other places of interest without the need to change the trains.
