Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough .
We don't know about food, because we didn't taste -
Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with
excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station,
one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku.
Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good
service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant
at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Some people may complain that the rooms were a little small but it didn't bother us at all. if you want a brilliant night sleep with friendly staff then stay here! such a gr

My partner and i stayed at City Nutz in 2011 and loved the room we got and the hospitality we received, the drink machine which offers three free drinks was just a bonus! (the rooms are not massive but nothing in Tokyo will be and it was perfect for two)

We loved the location and being just 2 short blocks from the subway station in the heart of Tokyo. It was very convenient and I would stay there again just because I know what I'm getting. It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv. Very small rooms, not alot of space for your luggage, but it's Tokyo and you you don't get a lot of space for this price.

Great location close to Ueno park and also short distance to Keisei Ueno station where you can catch the skyliner to Narita airport.Travelled with my daughter and we had a twin room, with beautiful view over the pond and park. It was our first stay in Tokyo and I suppose that it is the best
location to stay if you're there for the city trip and city
discovery, it has an easy access to the Narita airport and shinkansen
express trains. The hotel is just in front of a beautiful park with the
lake full of lotuses. The only thing that we were afraid while we were
reading the comments about the hotel was the room size but it wasn't
absolutely a problem since the internal room design is perfectly done to
fulfill everything

Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear,
Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the
outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is
guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the
surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access
also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus
brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city
on the way.
