Location good 10 minutes walk from metro and 5 min from bus. Internet works good. Room clean offer all you need to have in room. Offers sauna and hot pools for free is great. -

It's located near the train station, and bus stop which has easy access to shopping centers and tourist destinations, and the downtown Kyoto. we had no choice but booked a family room (2 nights) good for 5 people but we were only just 2 adults with our 15 month old since no better hotel was available during our trip. it turned out a great choice because it was very spacious and clean and cozy. my lil toddler love running around. will booked same hotel again if we ever get back to Kyoto next time. worth money spent with good breakfast delivered to our room every morning. :)

Very close to the subway. Clean and airy room, size wasn't too bad

The Ryokan was situated on a quiet side road minutes from Kyoto station. A minute away was a nice breakfast place and in and around the station there were numerous eating places for dinner. The Ryokan was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful in supplying maps and information on sightseeing.

The staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve an electronic
device I left on the train. Apart from that the location was only a few
minutes walk from Kyoto Station which we found perfect and the hotel
was clean and comfortable, providing wifi which can't ways be
presumed in Japan. -

have spa on top floor which is a bonus for after shopping, although its a bit small but it still good. Extra friendly staff. Clean room. We requested a double if one became available as we were on honeymoon but only a twin was avail at time of booking. They upgraded us for free. Nice room. Great location for sightseeing. Only short walk to subway. Didnt use restaurant so not sure what it was like. -

perfect location, right next to the East exit of Kyoto station, I was allowed to drop my luggage before my check in time, They were helpful and answered all my questions, good breakfast but you pay 1000 JPY, My room was facing the station so I had nice view to trains, but the windows are sealed well
