Location fantastic from kawaguchiko station. Centre spot of Mount Fuji. Staff spoke good english, pleasant and helped me with my lost ticket. Location is great, very near the train station. I stayed in the Japanese-
style room and it was good. The room is spacious for Japanese standards
and the shared toilet was clean. The communal bathroom is clean and of
good space too. Staff was very friendly. They let us keep our bag for 36
hours until we came back from a climb in the mountain and everything was
safe there.

the owner was very enthousiastic and helpfull and made us feel at home. When we couldnt find the way he got in his car and showed us the right direction. The rooms are perfect and the view on Fuji was stunning. It was a shame that we didn't book our dinner at the weekend shuffle, it looked and smelled amazing and would definitely recommend to book this!

The hotel is in a perfect location, you can see beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and lake Kawaguchiko. The owner is very kind, he picked us up from the station to the hotel. - everything very clean
- toilet attached to the room, shared bath downstairs but we go for Ousen places around Fuji five lakes, we no need to use the shower in the hostel.
- check in, check out process was smooth
- yukata provided with clean towels and Ousen towels

although the hotel was 2 km from the train station the owner came to pick us and retuned us in the next day. the place itself is not new but well kept and maintained. at the time of our arrival we were the only guests in the hotel, which shortly became an advantage, because we had the whole bath for ourselves.

The inn is located at a quite good location, which is within walking distance from Kawaguchiko station and close to the lake. Also there are two combini stores just next to the inn. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the view of Fujisan from the room was amazing.

Staff and people staying there were really friendly. the hostel will pick you up at kawaguchiko station, just go to tourist information and they will dial the hostel for you and someone will come there to pick u up or you can book a time with them prior to arriving. I would recommend K’s house, due to its friendly and helpful staffs. Its location is good, but not the best to look at the mountains. It’s close to the lake and the stores. The good local Japanese restaurant ’小作’ which we had dinner is far from

We stayed at Ichifujiso hotel for 1 nights and we really liked it. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and were happy to assist us when we requested any information or suggestion. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. -

Excellent location - you can see it from the train station. Staff can speak English. They have a locked luggage storage room and kept our luggage for us while we climbed Fuji overnight (we had checked out the previous morning). They offer breakfast of toast with jam, juice, salad and unlimited tea and coffee for 180y. There is also a restaurant for dinner. Rooms were large with fridge, TV, large cupboard space and hangers.
