Although location is a bit far away downtown, but it's only 2min walk from metro station, which easily connect to Shin Osaka (less than 10min door to door), Namba central/Umeda (less than 20min) -
The location is not too far from the subway station 東三國. The original standard room we booked was too small for two of us. Luckily, there is a bigger room avaialabe and the front desk lady was willing to change us to a bigger room with additional fee.
The wifi is receivable in the room.
There is not much shopping around the hotel. This area is more for local resident area.

Location is fantastic, just opposite the East exit of Shin-Osaka Station. There is elevator for those carrying heavy luggage. Also, can take shinkansen or bullet train from Shin-Osaka Station. Nearby got 24hr restaurant. One of the staff can speak fluent English and provide very detail information for us. Others can speak simple English.

The hotel is less than 5 mins walk from Tenmabashi station. The room is a little too small compared to other hotels that we have stayed in kyoto and kobe but it has all the facilities e.g. toilet with bathtub, toiletries, hair dryer, tv and fridge.
