Although location is a bit far away downtown, but it's only 2min walk from metro station, which easily connect to Shin Osaka (less than 10min door to door), Namba central/Umeda (less than 20min) -
The location is not too far from the subway station 東三國. The original standard room we booked was too small for two of us. Luckily, there is a bigger room avaialabe and the front desk lady was willing to change us to a bigger room with additional fee.
The wifi is receivable in the room.
There is not much shopping around the hotel. This area is more for local resident area.

Housekeeping did an excellent job. Relatively late checkout time of 12pm
which is good. As this is a business hotel, had english papers to read
which was fantastic. Hotel front desk was helpful. -

Location is fantastic, just opposite the East exit of Shin-Osaka Station. There is elevator for those carrying heavy luggage. Also, can take shinkansen or bullet train from Shin-Osaka Station. Nearby got 24hr restaurant. One of the staff can speak fluent English and provide very detail information for us. Others can speak simple English.

The location of the hotel is great - only one stop away from Shin-Osaka
station. There's great little restaurants just outside the hotel if
you're keen for a cheap and tasty meal. The room is very budget-
friendly. It has everything you need and is very clean. I felt safe
here. I would recommend anyone on a budget or anyone needing last minute
accommodation to stay here.

The hotel staff were so helpful and all seemed to be bilingual. They really were so kind - the waitress at breakfast asked me where I was from, and when I said Australia she came back in two minutes with English guides of Osaka which proved to be so helpful. They were just so proactive.

The decoration and size of the room are great. The biggest and most impressive I ever had for a standard room and toilet facilities in osaka/Kyoto and tokyo. We stayed at the Hankyu International hotel for 3nights at the start of our honeymoon trip. The hotel was amazing! We were on the 33rd floor and had a spectacular view over Osaka city. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous! We loved the heated toilet seat (especially as we were there in winter!) and all of the toiletries. It was wonderful to come home every evening after a day of sight seeing to a freshly made up room. The staff were courteous and friendly and ensured
