the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.

Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train.

Elegant spacious rooms with attention to detail and good facilities. Spotlessly clean, with good quality toiletries and plenty of towels changed daily. Excellent comfortable bed and quiet location ensured good nights sleep. The room exceeded our expectation. It was large, very clean, and updated. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. - Hotel was of a good standard and had an excellent location. Staff were always courteous and helpful.
