The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided. The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel. The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily stai in Hotel

  The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat. Our room had a real baroque feeling which delighted my 16 year old daughter. The location was outstanding. Our room overlooked a canal and watching the gondoliers passing was an added bonus. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.
