The best thing here is the receptionists. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you very much Adriano and Massimo. There was no noise at all and I was able to sleep well. I don't know how it sounds in the holiday season, though. The hotel is not far away from St. Mark. You can walk or take take ?bus" to it. By "the bus" stop Academia is a small restaurant owned by a family from Tunisia. Amany was a great hostess there.

la ubicacion y el confort - el personal es my amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, la ubicacion es excelente, aunque vi muchas quejas sobre como encontrarlo, la verdad es que fue muy facil, el cuarto siempre limpio, no es un hotel de lujo, pero no necesita de nada mas para que uno se sienta comodo. muy satisfechos.

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. After reading horror stories of small rooms and inconsistent service in
Venice, we intentionally looked for a room with updates and some space
and Carnival delivered both. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was
in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very
short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min
walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all
week and lots of water pressure. Breakfast was hot everyday and
