  A wonderful place to stay Great location, right on the water. A modern hotel built into an historic building. The room was adequate in size and amenities. Parking is close, but it is in the blue spaces so you need to be collecting coins to feed the meter. You don’t pay from midnight to 8:00 and for a few hours mid-day, so it is not expensive or a ... lo que la gente dice » problem. It is only a few meters from Via Liberta, Via Garibaldi, Via Torrearsa which are the main shopping and dining streets. It is away from the cr - My family and I loved every minute of our stay at the beautifully renovated La Gancia! We stayed with a 4 month old baby and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy! Personal attention and courtesy was given by all the staff: at reception, breakfast bar and evening drinks. Thank you Residence La Gancia, we will recommend you to all our friends.

  We were upgraded to a different residence - we had booked the San Domenico Residence but we slept in Badia Nuova Residence. The room was perfect for a couple with cooking possibilites.   I thought the Residence was very nice and very well run. Our apartment was comfortable and elegant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant. - Fantastic staff and super clean. Very central location and close to everything. There was a small problem with the hotel wifi and staff worked very quickly to sort it.

  The owner is great and there when ever you need advise or help. He explained all the things we can do, day trips and restaurants to visit. The apartments were clean and modern very comfortable. The location wasn't far from the beach and a 10min along the main road to the old town! The appartment had a communal kitchen which was gre - Excellent, friendly host provided all the information we needed, and helped with parking advice. We parked outside the b&b for most of our stay, only having to move the car once. Perfect wi-fi, lovely building with internal courtyard close to the beach and an easy walk into town. Yummy ricotta croissant and cappuccino at the nearby bar for breakfast.

  Nice, well-appointed room on top floor, right by the roof terrace. Specially appreciated the little kitchenette. Also appreciated the fact that reception is open at set hours rather than our having to call and arrange to be let in (which so often happens with accommodation round here). Friendly, helpful receptionist. Street itself is very quiet, so good sleeping quality. Staff very helpful! Building and rooms very welcoming and clean. Our room looked exactly like on the pictures! Clean and new. All in all, a very nice accommodation that I would recommend for anyone.

  Location. Amazingly helpful and welcoming staff. Price. - When we arrived there, the owner was not there. But when we called her she came after 10 minutes. As we had to leave very early in the morning the owner gave us our breakfast (cake, yoghurt, juice) already the night before we left.
