  Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . Will be booking here for next year one of the only ... lo que la gente dice » places I've ever stayed in Europe, ( I stay in hotels 6 times a month an travel for a living)...that I'd revisit & stay longer than a week next ti - Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

  Excellent location on the side of Lake Garda. The spa pool was great as we could swim in comfort inspite of the fact that it was raining most of the time. Car parking is provided a few minutes walk away from the hotel but the porter will it take it to / collect it from the car park when required The room was spacious and very well appointed. Numerous restaurants are available c - The area is beautiful,views and location perfect, staff were very friendly and more than helpful with any of our queries. The pool and spa area very well maintained, an excellent place to relax All the hotel was very clean.At breakfast you were spoilt for choice an no limits to what you could eat.
