Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. A bit of a find, this - right in the centre of Siena, the many stairs lead to a top floor maze of linked apartments managed from the floor below. Astonishing views from both communal areas and some rooms. Kitchen extremely well set up and spacious - could happily cook a family meal here if travelling on a budget. Theres even a freezer. Owners good-natured and helpful eg: allowed us to leave bags there on last day to pick up later.

The owner of the house is very kind and obliging...waited for us even when we were late on our way, without any problem and even we arrived at midnight, he welcomed us very pleasantly and gave us some good advices about Siena (including free parking). The room was really nice furnished and clean. Excellent breakfast...especially the cakes. The house is on the quiet surburb of Siena, very good position for discovering Siena :) We definitely recomend this place...no doubts!
