This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. -

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, crisp linens, plenty of thick towels. Modern bathroom. Incredible breakfast buffet!! Everything was fresh and abundant. A great place to relax. A large, refreshing, clean pool. Beautiful view from the personal terrace. The low price is unbelievable. Free parking. This is is a great place to stay

great location to be in if you want to be able to travel in Tuscany without changing hotels.
Staff had a bit of a difficulty understanding English (maybe the accents) but were still able to help and guide us.
Good selection for breakfast.

Very nice location - wonderful viwes, nice and quite area, good starting point for Tuscan sightseeing tours. Friendly and very helpful staff (speaks English and German). Our room was comfortable however small and with basic equipment (wi-fi worked quite well). In fact they have two buildings - the main one where the dining room is, and the other one - some 600 mt away. Breakfast are in Italian style - cakes (fresh, home-made, really delicious), some cornflakes (sweet of course:-(, no cereals),
