  Wonderful welcome from Simone, extremely helpful and friendly and always on call if you beefed anything. Super clean room and most comfortable bed, loved all of the details too, chocolate on your pillow, towels (changed daily) wrapped in ribbon...felt very special! If you could not get there by foot, the subway and busses were easily accessible. The staff were absolutely amazing!
