Have stayed in about 50 hotels in Italy and this by far the best! - Close to Vatican, ATM s, taxi rank,several bus routes,tram, internet facilities and Laundromat. We could see the Dome of St Peters from our window(double glazing reduced outside noise considerably).Good security with solid doors. Very helpful and pleasant staff. A bottle of water provided for each person each day was a thoughtful touch.

Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .
Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.

The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

La atencion de los duenos del hotel fue excelente, son personas super atentas, preocupados y muy simpaticos.
Queda muy cerca del Coliseo! Esta rodeado de cafes y heladerias, tambien cerca tienen algunos supermercados, la parada de bus y el metro.

Not your typical hotel, but charming. Modern, rooms are larger than expected, esp for the price. Excellent location just behind Piazza Navona, convenient to Pantheon, Vatican, Tiber River and all things ancient. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and amenities. Would stay here again!

My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly
impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay
and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are
