This is a small hotel - about 6 rooms in a large building in the Embassy region of the City. so it is very quiet and has a safe feeling. The hotel is very new and the room we had was excellent, very comfortable and modern. there was an ipad in the room for our use which was a very nice touch. the best things about this hotel though are Sereba and Marco who make you feel so welcome. An excellent little guest house situated on the walls of the Vatican. 10 minutes walk from St Peters at most and about the same distance from the nearest metro stop. You enter through a large door next to a fantastic ice cream shop. Through a courtyard and up some stairs. The room was small but smartly furnished. Free wifi and toiletries supplied too. The location is fantastic and the staff were helpful. The most important thing is that is fantastic value for money in Rome.

Have stayed in about 50 hotels in Italy and this by far the best! - Close to Vatican, ATM s, taxi rank,several bus routes,tram, internet facilities and Laundromat. We could see the Dome of St Peters from our window(double glazing reduced outside noise considerably).Good security with solid doors. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
