This was the cheapest, best stay in Rome I have ever had. Great and
quiet neighborhood, interesting and quirky place to stay--like sleeping
at your lawyer's very nicely decorated office. Good location for
Vatican. Nice selection of guidebooks which we used. Check out the local
neighborhood dining options close-by!

Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and
information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location
was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance
for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum
because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The
breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats
plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's
stay is unbeatable.

Have stayed in about 50 hotels in Italy and this by far the best! - Close to Vatican, ATM s, taxi rank,several bus routes,tram, internet facilities and Laundromat. We could see the Dome of St Peters from our window(double glazing reduced outside noise considerably).Good security with solid doors. Very helpful and pleasant staff. This place is just wonderful to stay at, its so relaxing and pretty but
feeling being home at the same time. The staff are so nice and friendly,
and make an effort to help! The B&B is close to everything and can
take the metro to everywhere easily. Opposite the hotel has a
supermarket Punto and a cafe that does italy snack and coffee, and its
at good price. I will come back again !
