El servicio es muy atento y amable y el desayuno buffet muy bueno. - La comunicacion con el centro ya que teniamos un metro al lado y que, aunque parecia una zona un poco vacia, tiene 2 restaurantes muy cerca donde pudimos cenar muy bien y barato.

Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

The staffs there were very friendly. Also, it was very very clean and comfortable. Its bed, its bathroom, its TV, its small refrigerator, .... are great.
Its restaurant and the quality of their foods and the price is amazing. I suggest that try it. Only note that if you want to check in after 2PM they serve lunch until 2PM. So, if you want to eat

Good location in a quiet place (no noise, no traffic) for those who travel by car but do not want to use the car in Rome: there is hotel’s free garage and pedestrian access (20 min) to metro Batistini. Service, room and breakfast are good.

I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming ! no habla español ni inglés pero te entiendes bastante bien. El coche lo
dejamos enfrente de la habitación que eran como casitas. Para ir a Roma
lo hacíamos en coche, nos dijo que había autobús cerca del hotel. Hotel
tranquilo y confortable.
