Owner was great, very helpful, makes lovely breakfast and was very welcoming to my dad and invited him onto the balcony for a drink and a chat. Hotel situated on outskirts of Rome but only 15 minutes on the train to colosseum etc. Our room was great, very clean. Atmosphere at breakfast was great (big hello to the polish couple we met!) Balcony was huge and nice to sit out on. Air con worked, so did wifi. Fantastic little place, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
todo comentarios » Luigi and Rudi were perfect hosts who explained all we needed to know about Rome. The guest house was clean and well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. It is a 5 minute walk to Rebibia station which connects to central Rome in about 12 minutes. WiFi is free and efficient. Free safe parking was another bonus. A special thanks to Rudi for taking us to a great authentic Rome restaurant. The hotel is run by a very nice and friendly family and located not far from the underground, which is very convenient. We lived in a bright spacious room with a wide balcony on the 1st floor. The host allows using the kitchen and a fridge. Neighboring guest were also very nice and friendly (greetings to Masha the restorer). The staff was very cool and friendly. The hotel is near of metro just 4mn walking. The hotel street is very quite and the room are perfect for a couple. for sure stay at hotel celeste will be a very good experience for your money and you will enjoy to have a staff who can help you for everything. The owner was very friendly and made tasty pancakes in the morning. It was too nice!) The hotel is located not far from the metrostation, so it's take only 20min to get to the centre of Rome. Room was very good fashioned and comfortable. By the way, here is a big supermarket near the hotel. The room is clean and comfy ,and the hosts is nice and hospitality! also his son as well !!! he is so funny,we had lots talk~ and the location is close to the metro, only takes few mins by walk! we love the pan cakes which hosts made for our breakfast!! it's really yummy~. A good place to stay with reasonable price and great breakfast. The host was awesome and helpful. Love his pancake, greatest ever! The location was 10 minutes to the metro station, so very convent. A good residency area to stay! Highly recommend!!!. The owner was fantastically helpful. Offered to take me into the centre for free as the metro was not functioning because of riots. Breakfast was also really good, all freshly made. Also offered airport drop off for less than a taxi at 3.30am!. The owner of this b&b adopted us and made our stay in Rome so much more enjoyable. What a gem. We will definitely go back and send all of our friends as well. However, lol, where is Celeste?. 1)The Owner gives you all the Keys for main gate,reception and your room. You can go out and come anytime in late nights. 2) Nice location ,Big Room with Balcony. 3) Nice breakfast. Close to metro station. Friendly owners. It was our first time in B&B, we were not dissapointed. Quiet at the evening time, no noice that could affect our sleep. Relatively refurbished, clean room, quite close to Rebibia Metro station. The hotel was very hard to check in to because it has no reception and you have to know in advance that the hotel owners live on the ground floor. I spent 15 minutes trying to figure that out, knocking at various doors. Nothing. 1) No body knows where is this street after you get down at Rebibia Metro Station. Later we came to know its only 200 metres walk,from Rebibia metro stop. 2) Before you travel..you must get the map on how to reach this hotel..Rest all very cool. Nothing that needs be highlighted. It was the last metro stop, although it took no more than 20 minutes from the Colosseum. a bit far from city center. It's a bit far, but the metro is quick to get to the Colosseum. The kitchen could have be more clean. it was dirty, walls are so slim that u can hear other people. We payed also for the breakfast. We got the breakfast just once - on the first day. The rest of the stay we got no breakfast and didn´t see the owner. We asked him per e-mail to give us the money for breafast back. He haven´t react until now. I found the price a bit high for one person and the simpicity of the room. It was a room with three beds, so, the price would certainely be fairer for three persons. The bathroom was very dirty! There were hairs everywhere, it wasn't cleaned for weeks I guess. The dishes for breakfast and the kitchen were also not clean. Very poor breakfasts (coffee, sweet bakery -1-2 pro person, orange juice in packs, jam, milk). Although it's very close to the underground station (around 500 meters), we didn't feel safe walking back in the evening. Dirty kitchen, dirty refrigerator and poor quality of products. Open products from previous days, generally not good breakfast. There was no shampoo. Nobody was there when we arrived at 14:00, they have sent an email some hours before our arrival but it was inevitable for me to read it.
