The staff were very friendly and cheerful, paid good attention to detail and we were well looked after there. John (the manager) gave us a very useful tour of the hotel on our arrival and was extremely helpful all week. The room was fantastic, big, comfortable and spotless. There was an enormous terrace with chairs, tables and loungers and clothes drying racks off bedroom. The communal food prep area (no cooking allowed) and lounge area was spot on too and meant you didn't have to eat out every night. Most of all the staff were wonderful.. So helpful and efficient.
