Fabio the owner was extreemly nice, helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good with bacon sausage and eggs, juices, yougert, cakes, coockies, couisante.... The bar with Icecream, hot chocolate, chocolate and fruit fonue and much more was all superb. Free wifi (soso but working). Fresh bathrooms with high standard. Cleaned room every day. -

The staff were very friendly and cheerful, paid good attention to detail and we were well looked after there. John (the manager) gave us a very useful tour of the hotel on our arrival and was extremely helpful all week. The bar/reception area was a great place to meet in the evening and the hotel provided lovely snacks and nibbles to go with our aperitif. The Pilier D'Angle is a very well run family hotel where you are made to feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel provides transport to and from the Val Veny Cablecar and this makes travelling to and from the slopes easy and straightforward. We had a nice room in the chalet with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the wines [local] were excellent. Entreves is a very attractive village and it's very pleasant to walk around the older part, very near the hotel. We will be returning here as it's so well placed for the Mont Blanc tunnel and the journey back to the UK.

I love this little hotel on the outskirts of Aosta. We have stayed here in the winter to ski and now in summer to go hill walking in beautiful Aosta Valley. The owners and staff are fantastic, speak excellent English but very supportive of attempts to try and speak Italian. The restaurant serves delicious, simple regional food and fantastic steak

Really nice little hotel, just out side of Aosta town..but a nice easy drive to get there as well as to the cable car to Pila.
Our room was large and comfortable as was the bathroom. Wifi was a pretty good and can't complain about that. It also had lots of parking and the hotel was easy to find.
Breakfast was nice and plenty of it and the fact you could eat at their restaurant at a resonable cost was a real bonus.
If I came again I would definitely stay here as it provided a great base to explo
