when we went there, a big event was about to start, which obliged them to move us to one of their sister hotels. At first sight we got sad, but we realised that they also felt embarrassed, so they act in a very very proper way and made very nice favours and gestures to keep us happy, contrary to what is believed as misfortune became a fortune.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is really perfect (A few minutes drive from porto cervo) .
Make sure you rent a car while you are staying there,so that you can visit other beaches and places. This doesn't have anything to do with the location of the hotel, where ever you go in Sardinia you need to rent a car.

Despite of its location, the hotel is trying hard to be posh and contemporary and somehow creates its ambient separate from the outside world. It was convenient to have a restaurant attached - it could be too posh in a sense though. - The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a lot of taste. The bathroom is superb.

We loved it! The facilities here are superb and we felt truly spoiled from the moment we arrived. Lovely big suite with very spacious terrace. We stayed on a half board basis and the food is very good, but gets a bit samey after a while, but all of the staff are exceptional and they LOVE children. There is a small kids club, which our little girl loved, and she made lots of friends. Although there are prettier beaches in Sardinia, the one here at Is Arenas is great because everything is provide
