The Malpensa Shuttle person suggested we call the hotel and ask if they would do it for a fee, and they did for a reasonable fee. All other services were exemplary. Great place - The hotel is new and modern, the stuff was helpfull, the room was cleanand highly technically designed and equiped (free computer with Internetin the room, a shower with radio, light and massage), the bed wascomfortable. It was an excellent choice for spending one night near theMalpensa airport (about 10 km from there).

Very friendly and helpful staff, secure free parkind, free wifi. Great location - 30 min ride to Milan, 40 min ride to the outlets city. The owner waited for us to arrive until 1 a.m. since our flight was delayed. -
