Fantastic location, once you've braved the narrow road up there! Gorgeous views. Pool looked fab, but too cold in April. My 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub (inside). Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.

Absolutely great place to stay. Brand new, fantastic old wooden style. The view over whole Bormio was breath taking. Friendly owner, gave us all possible information. Clean, very nice and we´ll be definitely coming back!!! Looks exactly as at pictures!

We loved staying there! The appartement is spacious, has a small kitchen
(including a coffee machine, fridge, dishes etc) and all rooms have lake
view. It's true that the hotel is up on the hill and therefore maybe
a little difficult to find at first and a like 20 min walk from the
city, but otherwise it wouldn't have this amazing view of the lake

Witnessed a sunset so beautiful I could not capture it in photos. The
apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed. It was a good
sized apartment. Everything functioned good. It was also very peaceful

We had a perfect, relaxing stay. The room was lovely and always very clean, the views from all windows/balcony were amazing, as were the views at breakfast and sitting by the pool. The pool was kept very clean and quite cool, but perfect for the hot weather. The gardens were gorgeous when we were there, the lavender everywhere was spectacular.

Well organises, clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and the owner very helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. There was lots of space and the apartment had everything you might need in it. Although on booking it was suggester that use of the kitchen would cost a further 15 euros, it was immediately made clear that there would be no supplementary costs.

Serena, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful in planning things we wanted to do or consider doing. Food for breakfast was also very good with fresh homemade cakes appearing everyday and we were both made to feel very at home. -
A precious and wonderful hideaway in the centre of historical Manerba.
The whole location and the rooms are luxurious with much space and very
