Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We booked a superior room that was spacious and decorated in a stylish way. The air conditioning was most welcome as temperatures were in the high 30's when we were there. The breakfast with a range of home cooked cakes was excellent.

The Residenza is an elegant restored villa with modern comforts. We had a large room beautifully decorated with a large bathroom. Everything looked new and of excellent quality. The breakfast was plentiful and contained some of the best pastries and meats. It is located in a quiet and mostly rural area a few miles from Montova. We would love to go back.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff: We arrived after midnight and forgot to print out direction to the hotel. The owner, who has stayed up to wait for us, drove out to pick us up and show us the way to the hotel.

After reading all the great reviews, our expectations were really high, but they still managed to exceed. It is a great place to have a relaxing holiday in a peacefull place. Rooms and all the house is beautifully renovated, modern but cosy. Food in the restaurant is amazingly good. We felt very welcome there by the owners. All in all just go there and enjoy!

entered the front door. Everything had its rightful place in the house,

Interesting building, nice room. Being there in winter, I was the only
guest, but the hosts were accomodating. During breakfast Alessandro
told me about the interesting things placed around their kitchen
(artifacts, etc) from the area, which was great. They speak very little
