The Nest was a fabulous find, right on the lake, true you do go to sleep listening to the waves lapping on the 'beach'. Gorgeous lakeside terrace, great breakfast, easy access to local excellent restaurants and lovely owners! We absolutely loved this B&B. Pietro met us at the train station in Olcio (a lovely surprise!). He and Maria were so lovely and couldn't do enough to look after us. We had the attic room on the top of the house which was spacious and had amazing views of Lake Como. We even had our own kitchen!

advantages of family run hotel - friendly and helpful staff, cosy rooms,
excellent breakfast, support and advices for what to see, where to eat
and how to organize your sightseeing activities. Perfect location - nice
view, quite place and easy access to all places to visit by car/boat
(optional). Parking in place is really important for this area.

Beauiful tranquil surroundings, like a miniature oasis! The people are gracious and wonderful. Espresso machine, pool, spa. Lovely and friendly dogs (outside dogs, in their own area). Too many good things to descibe! In walking distane to town. Highly secure!!!

Just been recently renovated. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.
