  we liked their hospitality and friendliness. The hotel staff was very helpful. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The breakfast was wholesome and specially the person (?forgetting name) who used to serve us tea and cappuccino. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

  The room was big enough with a big terasse and it was clean, the staff was very nice. There was an indoor pool and also an outdoor one, the view of Laggo di Garda from the room was fantastic.   It's a beautiful stylish hotel and quite luxurious in Val Masino area. The room is very spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Standard continental breakfast was served in the morning. Plenty food and good coffee.
