Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the
Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very
helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian
bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and
elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.

The hotel is located in a residential house. Standard European hotel, the optimum combination of price and quality, good European Breakfast. Convenient location. I was with a colleague on a business trip, the rooms have given next. The staff of the imperceptible. I was a feeling, that apart from us in the hotel there is none, although the hotel was more than full.

The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices.
The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

Beaufifully situated hotel. Very elegant and spacious rooms, directly on the lake. Very nice and professional crew.Magnificent views. Breakfast always fresh and big variety.
Close to the towns Gardone and Salo. Rooms were always clean (2x a day being cleaned)

Amazing hotel! Superb location right on lake Garda. Ver dranmatic. Nice pool and you can swim in the lake from thier peir! Lovely terrace. The gourmet restaurant was really excellant although expensive and the sommelier was very helpful - we had a great local red wine (Stelle Sfursat 2009) almost like a Rioja Alta.

I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new
and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind
that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to
practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to
pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was
healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and
bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

The Hotel is wonderful! We stayed there several years ago and it has been updated and managed not to lose the personal touches that made us return. Dining is special and the patron makes sure he takes each order from each table. His daughter is friendly helpful and always sorts out issues instantly. The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Location is ok, about ten minutes walk

Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes
and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of
service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really
good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best
strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar.
